Stephen, We just can´t believe you are no longer with us, and that we never got to say goodbye. Our thoughts have been with you and reliving precious memories like the time I held you in my arms when you were less than an hour old, such a sweet little thing and the pride and joy of your nan and grandad, you were my very first nephew and I was so proud of you.
